My purple monkey [seen in mouth] has been my favorite toy since coming to NY. Sadly, it has lost an ear and even though M keeps sewing it back up I saw her pick up some of its innards and then she told T that it might be time to get rid of the monkey.
What's a dog to do? Sure, I have other toys but none so loved and favored as the little purple monkey of my youth...

Tessi... it can be difficult to part with a favorite toy, blanket, or outfit. But the good news is that you will find something else to treasure and love just as much (or maybe even more). This picture will help you to sit and remember the "good old days" with your purple monkey. I am glad that I was able to see you rip that thing to shreds before it had to be tossed.
